What exactly is a video game shower?
It's a party built around gaming instead of a traditional theme. We bring the consoles, screens and games; your guests rotate through tournament rounds while the rest of the celebration carries on around it. It works for baby showers, graduations, birthdays and just-about-anything celebrations.
How much space do you need?
A standard setup needs roughly a 10x10 foot area with access to two power outlets and a table for the console station. A multi-screen arena (VIP Mega Boss) needs about double that. Living rooms, community halls, church basements and office break rooms all work well.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends typically book three to four weeks out, and summer and December dates go faster. That said, we do take last-minute bookings when the date is open — send the form and we'll tell you straight away.
How many people can play at once?
Up to four players per screen at a time, but everyone rotates through. The Rookie Party suits up to 10 guests, the Ultimate Video Game Shower handles up to 20, and the VIP Mega Boss is built for 20-plus with a multi-screen arena so more people play at once.
Do you bring the games, or do we supply them?
We bring everything — consoles, controllers, cables, screens and a loaded library covering racing, sports, fighting, party games and family-friendly co-op. If there's a specific title your group wants, tell us in the booking form and we'll make sure it's loaded.
What does the deposit and payment look like?
A deposit locks in your date; the balance is due on the day of the event. We'll confirm the exact amounts in writing when we accept your booking. We don't take card details through this website — payment is arranged directly with us.
Can you set up at a park or outdoor venue?
Yes, as long as there's a covered area, reliable power and a surface to protect the equipment. Let us know the venue in the booking form and we'll confirm what's needed before the day.
